Dating back to our Saxon past, St Hubert’s Church, Idsworth has been an important focus for the local community for many generations. Over the centuries this very special church has established itself as a key part of our heritage. It is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the South Downs National Park.

In 2016, a Charitable Trust called ‘The Friends of the Church of St Hubert, Idsworth Trust’ was formed to help raise funds to look after the building.

The aim of the charity is to:

  • Preserve, enhance, conserve and repair this building in order to secure the future of ‘the little church in the field’.
  • Protect and safeguard the heritage for future generations
  • Provide financial support through subscriptions, donations and legacies
  • Promote community engagement

If you have any queries about church business (e.g. weddings, baptisms, church visits) or wish to contact the Church Warden for St Hubert Church then please contact the BCI Churches website.
