An evening of Story, Poetry and Music
The South Downs Poetry Festival made a welcome return to St Hubert’s for a lovely evening performance with much artistic talent in evidence.
The evening was co-ordinated by Barry Smith who also read some of his own poetry. Contributions of poetry were also given by South Downs poets, Melanie Pennygate and James Simpson.
Gabrielle Kimm read extracts from her book, ‘His Last Duchess’. The evening was interspersed by some lovely folk guitar music played by Geoff Robb.
